I am shopping for a battery. I will not buy from this vendor due to the terrible reviews and no warranty. Thanks for the heads up. No money wasted AND a crappy review. I WON’T buy from this vendor, thanks!

Not only does this battery have a ridiculously short life, my computer did not recognize it, but also 2 hours after I removed it to mail back for a return, my hard drive failed. Sometimes power settings can corrupt the boot sector, which is what happened, and I cannot get my data off the drive cheaply. DO NOT BUY THIS BATTERY!

This battery is supposed to be a new battery. I purchased it on Aug 12, 2009. The item was shipped within normal window. But the battery is degrading in performance over time. Since I was moving at that time, it was shipped to my friend’s address who then forwarded it to my new address. On installation I was so happy to see my battery full at 100%. After my experience with my original battery, I never use my wireless when on battery power. (BTW, always stay connected with AC power to browse internet wirelessly. It you are connected wireless while on battery power, you better start looking for a replacement one, just like I did). Anyways, couple days later I started noticing that my battery was showing “Charging” and stayed charging at 99% level for longer than usual. I removed the battery and replaced it again and it still did not work. 2 days later, it showed 98% and charging. I can’t return this item for obvious reasons. So I guess I have to see my battery die once again. My advice.. don’t buy it. Not worth!!!

Company claims the battery to be new — however it failed in less then 3 months. From day one we had problems charging the battery to full capacity but thought we would get more then a few months out of the life of the battery. Pay the extra bucks with another company to be safe.

This battery does not hold a charge very long. Not even a good 2 hrs. Do not recommend.
