They are in the business of ripping people off that is why they want your credit card on file so they can charge you all they want.
I was a customer for nearly two years, never got the service I paid for due to a faulty box, when the box failed they promised me a new one if I wouldn’t cancel then left me waiting with no working phone and no shipping notice.
When I checked today to see what they delay was they now claim they never promised or offered anything and refuse to cancel the account unless I hike down to a payphone and play with them there. Security question doesn’t work in chat? It’s a scam, web search and see.

i hated vonages they took bunch of money out of bink acount with out asking me and that thing did even wok they was a realy bad lag time and when we frist got they give us some computer stoe number when his phone goten called shwo did ares
